Notes
How can technology empower learners of all abilities to participate, progress, and succeed? Technology in disability-inclusive education does not always begin with complex or high-end solutions. It can range from simple, low-tech adaptations that support daily learning to advanced digital tools and specialised devices that enhance access, communication and participation. Whether through basic instructional aids or innovative technologies that personalise learning, these approaches are breaking down barriers and opening doors for learners with abilities. In this issue, we highlight how technology serves as a powerful enabler of disability-inclusive education, enhancing accessibility, strengthening teacher practices, and supporting learners to thrive in equitable and meaningful ways. We also showcase SEAMEO SEN\u2019s initiatives that support the integration of technology in classrooms, promoting innovation, collaboration, and compassion to ensure that no learner is left behind in the digital age.
