The SEAMEO Secretariat, in cooperation with Ministry of Education of Thailand, convened the 34th SEAMEO High Officials Meeting at the Grand MIllennium Sukhumvit Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand, from 17 to 19 January 2012.\r\nA total of 135 participants representing the nine SEAMEO Member Countries; five Associate Members; two Affiliate Members and Observer Delegations including the ASEAN Secretariat; UNESCO Asia and Pacific Regional Bureau for Education; UNICEF East Asia and PAcific Regional Office; Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), Japan; Asian Development Bank and Korean Education Development Institute; and SEAMEO Regional Centres, Network and the Secretariat, participated in the Meeting.\r\nThe purpose of this working paper is to inform the 34th High Officials Meeting of the changes appointments in the ministerial and the high official levels of SEAMEO Member Countries and Associate Member Countries\r\n
